Investing In You

Therapy is not an investment in a program, but rather, it is an investment in you.

Why do I offer a free consultation?

I offer potential new clients a 15-minute free consultation to give us both the opportunity to see if we are a good fit for each other.

  • I want to be sure I’m the right therapist for you
  • I want you to feel comfortable with me and my approach.

What can i expect after the consultation?

If we decide to work together, we will schedule a first session, which is what is typically referred to as an “intake.” During that session, you and I will begin to develop our therapeutic relationship. I will ask you a lot of questions about your current symptoms and your background. This will help me to better understand you and your unique situation. We will then begin to collaboratively set goals and develop a treatment plan.

Therapy is an investment in you – your mind, your body, your heart, your life, and your future. My goal is that this investment produces the results you desire for the rest of your life.

What about insurance?

I have chosen to be an out-of-network provider. This means I work directly with you rather than insurance companies, ensuring that your care is not determined by someone without your best interest in mind. This concierge approach allows me to highly-personalize your treatment without insurance-related restrictions. If your insurance provides for out-of-network coverage, they may reimburse my fee, but you are responsible for payment when service is rendered.

Cancellation Policy

If you cannot attend a session, please cancel at least 24 hours before the session. Without a 24-hour cancellation notice, you will be charged the full fee. Emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Good Faith Estimate

By law, you have the right to a Good Faith Estimate of services prior to treatment. To learn more about the No Surprises Act, click here.
