 The Chesapeake Institute 2006 and Beyond

Our long-range plans include a comprehensive array of seminars and courses designed to help dental practices evolve into Master Dental Practices in which all components work together for the benefit of patients and practice alike. Our goal is to provide training that will foster cooperation, coordination, and consistency in the individual practice to improve and enhance all aspects of productivity and profitability from philosophy to production, from staffing to scheduling, from case acceptance to collections, from safety and security to dress code, and more. Future seminars and classes will focus on tools and strategies that will:
